How do I make an initial tattoo enquiry?
For all appointment enquiries please use our enquiries form, this will ask you for all the information we need. Alternatively, you can contact our artists directly via Instagram, please see their booking highlights to find out what information they will require.
Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee an appointment. We do offer walk-ins where possible, but it’s best to call ahead to check availability.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, however please call to book. In the majority of cases, the information required in our contact form is enough to be able to go ahead and get booked in, but for larger or more complex requests, we may ask you to come in for a consultation so that your design can be discussed in person

Will I see a design before my appointment?
The design will be shown to you on the day of your appointment, and minor changes to the design and sizing/ placement can be discussed at that time. It is important that all of the information you give us in the enquiry form is accurate as complete redesigns may not be possible on the day.
Can I use numbing cream?

Can I bring a friend/partner to my appointment?
We do have a large waiting room area however it can get busy, if your appointment is going to be quite long it’s best not to bring someone with you. Only the person being tattooed is allowed to go through to the tattoo areas.
Are you a licensed studio?
Yes, and we work closely with our local health environment officers to ensure standards are upheld.
Do you do cover-ups?
We will work with coverups where possible, in these scenarios it is best to arrange a consultation so we can see what we’re working with. If we feel that there are no cover-up options you will be happy with, we will likely recommend laser removal, which a is a service we do offer inhouse.
Can I exercise with a new tattoo?
Is it safe to swim and sunbathe with a fresh tattoo?
How do I look after my new tattoo?
Your artist will explain how they would like you to look after you tattoo, this can vary piece by piece.

Piercings are done on a walk-in basis, however we recommend calling ahead on the day so we can let you know the best times.

We can use a freeze spray or a numbing spray for most piercings

What methods of payment do you accept?
Can I bring a friend/partner to my appointment?
We do have a large waiting room area however it can get busy. Only the person being pierced is allowed to go through to the treatment area unless they are under 16, in which case a parent is allowed to come in.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, this is mandatory as we will need to carry out a patch-test. The consultation is free of charge and takes around 20 minutes.
Do you take deposits?
Deposits are not required for laser removal bookings.
How should I prepare?
Can I use numbing cream?
If you would like to use numbing cream you can. We recommend doing a patch test a couple of weeks before your appointment to make sure you don’t have a reaction.
How much will it cost?
We have a £50 minimum charge per session but cost is dependent on a number of factors, e.g. size, colours etc. The technician will be able to confirm a price per session at your consultation appointment.

We do have a large waiting room area however it can get busy. Only the person being lasered is allowed through to the treatment room.
How long do I need to wait after the consultation for my first session?
You need to wait at least 1 hour. If you wanted to, you could book your patch test and first session on the same day.
How long do I need to wait between sessions?
You need to wait a minimum of 6 weeks between sessions but longer is fine.
How many sessions will I need?
This is not something we can guarantee or advise of as it depends on a number of factors, such as; age of the tattoo, your own immune system, colours used etc.
What shall I do between sessions?
Massaging the area encourages blood flow, we recommend you do this daily.
